  • The best way to get ready for a clean is to organize as much as you can. This lets cleaners dial-in their focus on cleaning dust and grime, not spending time putting items away where they belong. Typically, customers will pick up toys or put away valuables beforehand.

  • Cleaners will arrive with all cleaning supplies necessary for each job. If you have specific cleaning supplies or eco-friendly products you’d like to be used, please ask the cleaner if that’s a possibility.

  • A majority of customers like to schedule appointments for cleaning while they’re busy at work or running errands during the day, while some prefer to be in the comfort of their home during the visit. We leave it up to you. A busy day is something we can help with. Since we only partner with qualified house cleaners, we’re able to offer a magnificent housekeeping experience – guaranteed.

  • Tipping is not asked of clients, but cleaners definitely appreciate it when you do.

  • Your independent cleaning professional will arrive in the selected 2-hour arrival window chosen at the time of booking. They arrive fully equipped with all supplies necessary to clean a home. Generally, the first appointment occurs for the longest, as most cleaners will need time to adjust to a new cleaning area. Any future maintenance cleans will be much faster.

  • This part is up to you, we’re flexible with what you’re comfortable about. Customers often tell us one of the following is usually convenient: put the key underneath the doormat, the code to a doorstep lockbox, or provide us with the code to the garage. You can add special instructions at time of booking.

  • There are no term-based contracts or obligations required for a cleaning. Our services are structured to be flexible for any busy lifestyle.

  • We hold our cleaners and their time in the highest regard and appreciate the dedication they bring to their work.

    You may reschedule your appointment as long as it is done at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning will incur a $50 fee.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, while cancellations made within 24 hours or less will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
